Tropicali Design is a landscape design studio that focuses on resort inspired landscape designs for residential properties. We design and create fully scaled 2D and 3D computer aided conceptual master plans for residential landscapes.
We believe that a home's outdoor space is something that should not only be aesthetically pleasing but also designed for an amazing living experience.

The calling came at an early age – although it took some time to recognize it. I’ve always arranged and re-arranged my environment; relentlessly optimizing for the best experience. I’ve also always felt at home outdoors. In hindsight, I was always on a path to bring these two passions together.
I enjoy creating personalized experiential designs that engage and inspire, that surprise and delight. I love maximizing the potential of every space – small and large. Not just for efficiency or beauty, but for an immersive experience that transports you to another place, yet still feels like home.
I have a Bachelors degree in Business from Chico State University, as well as an Associates degrees in Art. Professionally, I briefly worked in advertising before throwing in the towel to pursue one of the best jobs in the world – a Park Ranger. After 12 years, I returned to school for a degree in Landscape Design to enjoy the flexibility of working for myself while raising my two boys.
