CURB APPEAL
 

Making the front of this home an inviting and useable space was the the focus of this design. The clients desired  a usable semi-private space balanced with just the right amount of welcoming allure. Clients also needed extra parking for their beloved VW bug, "Herbie," which is accessible but hidden behind modern concrete retaining planters and warm horizontal fencing.

A new front porch with arbor adds interest and a welcoming feeling to the passerby's in the neighborhood. A bubbling fountain in the new leveled courtyard adds to the charm of this relaxing space.

So stop by for some lemonade on the  porch and say a neighborly hello to Curb Appeal.
